Send A Legal Notice

Why legal notice is necessary

The legal notice is necessary for informing the person to discharge a certain liability or obligation which is shifted upon him. When a person is bound by law to perform a certain duty or obligation but he either refuses or neglects to do so than legal notice is necessary.

Notice is necessary in cheque bounces cases to demand from the drawer of the cheque to discharge his financial liability. Sometimes legal notice is necessary to show the court that the petitioner has exhausted all the remedies available or he has given the defendant a chance to settle the issue out of the court.

Legal notice avoids unnecessary litigations if the opposite party becomes agree to perform his part and discharge his liability or obligation. The mechanism of legal notice is evolved to settle the issues by the mutual consent of the parties. Litigation on petty issues is not in the interest of the person and the law enforcement authority.
